Lead battery saver over discharge protection 12V - 24V DC 20A

This device allows to save lead acid batteries from over discharge due to excessive use without adequate recharging. Over discharge occurs in a lead acid battery when its voltage drops below 10V for nominal 12V lead battery packs and when its voltage drops below 20V for nominal 24V lead battery packs. The over-discharge also involves the rupture of the battery, even for one event, which subsequently will no longer be able to recharge.

Thanks to this device it is possible to eliminate this unpleasant event in 12V or 24V lead-acid battery packs as it allows you to completely disconnect the load as soon as you approach the over-discharge threshold adjustable from 9.8V to 11.3V for 12V batteries and from 20V to 23.2V for 24 batteries.

The reactivation of the load occurs automatically when the voltage rises to an adjustable value from 11V to 12.7V for 12V batteries and from 21.4V to 24.7V for 24V batteries.

Automatic 12V or 24V lead battery detection.

It has an excludable alarm buzzer to alert when the over-discharge threshold is approaching and the consequent disconnection.

The device is ideal for any device that uses 12V or 24V DC lead-acid batteries with a maximum absorption of 20A (40A for a maximum of 10 seconds).

Housed in a plastic container with fixing holes for any screws.

Protects car batteries against total discharge by shutting down consumers such as refrigerator boxes, heaters, etc. in time. Automatically turns on again when normal voltage returns. Automatic battery detection (12 or 24 V).

Examples of uses range from UPS, battery power supplies, backup power supplies, photovoltaic systems, cars. Trucks, campers, caravans, charge controllers and devices that use battery packs with photovoltaic panels.
