Technical information and installation methods

By purchasing the new Comfort.me DUO OpenTherm you will receive, in addition to the thermostat, also the boiler control unit. It has the task of receiving information from the chronothermostat and of activating, switching on and off the connected device. The reception range is about 30 meters in open field.

Compared to previous versions, Comfort.me DUO has a dual installation: wall and wireless. Thanks to the accessory supplied, the thermostat can be positioned comfortably on any surface of the house. The communication between the thermostat and the control unit, in both installations, takes place thanks to wireless technology.

Thanks to the dedicated application you can:

•         Manage hourly and daily schedules.
•         Increase or decrease the temperature of the room and the domestic hot water at any time.
•         Adapt the temperature to the external weather.
•         Turn the boiler on or off when you are away from home, thanks to the GPS function.

Compatibility:

Currently, the boilers of the following manufacturers have been tested: Atag, Baxi, Biasi Caldaie, Cosmogas, Ferroli, Fondital, Italtherm, La Bongio, Sime, Riello, Unical and Immergas. They are therefore compatible with our Comfort.me DUO Opentherm version.
