Bodo Ehmann GmbH is one of the most respected and important providers of electrical installation systems in Germany with customers across Europe.

The range currently includes approximately 500 standard products and more than  2.500 special versions. 50 employees are working on innovative and high quality products in Mainhausen, Germany.

Precisely this was the claim as founder Bodo Ehmann started his company in 1976.

In the beginning Ehmann was concentrated on the development of customized solutions for the electrical industry. That was not all, production and vertical integration have been constantly expanded.

In 1980 the company moved to its own premises with space for guniting and tool manufacture. 1983 an own punching department was established.

The advantage to this day: all divisions are located at one site. Development,Construction, Tool making and Production go along in one hand,

Even after the transfer to the second generation in 2002, a harmonious business climate guarantees the high quality standards at all times. Intermediate and final tests are integral part in all production processes as well as certifications.

The main business was and is the B2B market with the supply of large customers. In 2005 standard products was brought into the B2C market.

The expansion made it possible that in 2012 several divisions moved into a separate building in order to be more prepared for future challenges.
