800mA USB charger for smartphones, tablets, MP3 players, and bicycle navigation systems using a dynamo.

It allows you to connect phones, smartphones, GPS navigators, PDAs, portable MP3 players, tablets, etc. to a bicycle dynamo to charge them during your ride. A green, environmentally friendly and economical solution for charging the battery of your electronic devices while exercising. The charge controller has a female USB A socket (compatible with all device charging cables) and is also supplied with a micro USB – USB A cable to charge all devices compatible with the new European law for smartphone and tablet charging connectors. Furthermore, this charge controller is particularly powerful: input voltage up to max. 70 V (may occur with multiple dynamos at very high speeds).

Output: 5 V max. 800 mA (if the dynamo is capable of producing this output, otherwise the current is lower: max about 500 mA. . ).

The device is equipped with a switch to decide whether to use the dynamo for the bicycle lights or for charging your own device (the use of lights + device is not permitted).

Easy installation on your bicycle thanks to the manual and illustrations. The package also includes a special clamp for installation on the handlebars or frame.

If installed correctly, the device is not affected by rain.

Important: Our USB-A socket complies with commonly used wiring. We have tested many devices, all of them worked perfectly. But of course, there are exceptions regarding devices suitable for connection, which do not comply with common standards and, therefore, cannot be charged. If you are unsure about compatibility with your device, please contact us.
