📦 RETURNS AND WITHDRAWALS – Procedure and Guarantees

There are two different procedures:

• RETURN – for defective or malfunctioning products.
• WITHDRAWAL – due to change of mind or dissatisfaction.

🔧 RETURN Procedure

1. Contact us at info@mectronica.it or at 051 6641440 , specifying the problem and product.
2. We will guide you through any checks to resolve the issue.
3. If necessary, you will receive the RMA form by email.
4. Fill out the form, pack the product with accessories, and write the RMA code on the package.
5. Ship to:
   Mectronica Srl
   Via Celestino Monari Sardè 6/6
   40010 Bentivoglio (BO)
6. We will inspect the product within 15 business days. If covered by warranty, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
7. If the defect is not covered, we will inform you of any costs for inspection and reshipment.

Note: The warranty is void if tampered with, improperly used, or missing accessories. Products subject to normal wear and tear must be reported within 30 days.

🔁 WITHDRAWAL Procedure

1. Contact us at info@mectronica.it or at 051 6641440 to receive the RMA form.
2. Fill out and send the form via email.
3. Wait for confirmation. After authorization, prepare the package with the intact product, original packaging, accessories, and a copy of the RMA.
4. Ship to:

5. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend tracking.
6. Once you receive the product in good condition, you will receive a refund within 30 days.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for opened software/audiovisual products, consumables, or damaged products. If damaged during shipping, the request will be canceled.
