Question: supported devices
Important: Our USB Mini B cable complies with commonly used wiring. We tested many devices, all of them worked perfectly. But of course there are exceptions with regard to devices suitable for connection, which do not comply with common standards and, therefore, cannot be recharged. If you are unsure of compatibility with your device, you can contact us.
Question: Power reserve on battery
You can also use a commercially available USB backup battery (not included) to provide additional power reserve while cycling.
How is the device connected to the dynamo?
Please find out which of the two cables coming from the dynamo is connected to the lamp center contact. Once the correct cable has been determined, they must be separated within proximity of the M172. Take the end coming from the dynamo and connect it to the "Dynamo" connection on the M172. The other end of the cable (going to the two lamps) is connected to the "light" connection on the M172. The "Frame" connection is connected with the wire that goes from the external contact of the lamp to the dynamo. Note: When using a wheel hub dynamo, it is possible that at speeds> 40 km / h the charge controller switches off the cause of too high dynamo voltage. However, at lower speeds it will turn on again automatically.
