12V lead acid battery charge regulator for photovoltaic systems and power supplies

This module supervises the charging of a 12V GEL or automotive lead-acid battery, automatically starting the charge as soon as the battery voltage drops. Once the battery is fully charged, the module stops charging and switches to supervision mode, maintaining the battery charged and recharging it if necessary, completely automatically. Its use is ideal in photovoltaic systems, UPS systems, low voltage alarm systems, and holiday homes to recharge and maintain the battery charge without damaging them due to overvoltage or undervoltage (overcharging and overdischarging).

The module can be connected directly to 12V photovoltaic panels or 16V to 20V DC power supplies.

Protected against short circuits and reverse polarity. Maximum charging current 1.5A. Battery charger cut-off voltage 13.8V – 14.2V.
