By placing an order on the site, the Customer declares that he has read these general conditions of sale and accepts them in full.
The sales contract is considered concluded when Mectronica Srl accepts the order, also via confirmation sent via email.
The Customer is invited to save or print a copy of these conditions before completing the purchase.
3. Product availability
Product availability shown on the website is updated automatically but should be considered indicative and not binding. In rare cases, there may be discrepancies between the displayed availability and actual stock levels.
In the event that an ordered product is not available, the Customer will be contacted promptly.

For any disputes, if the Customer is a consumer, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile will have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law. In other cases, the Court of Bologna will have exclusive jurisdiction.
