Kemo FG022: Portable battery-powered ultrasonic pest repellent
The Kemo FG022 emits pulsating ultrasound to deter mice, martens, and other rodents from the area where it is placed. Battery operation allows it to be used without a mains connection, in areas such as attics, cellars, warehouses, campers, caravans, and vehicles.
The compact body integrates the electronics and ultrasonic speaker. An LED indicates the device's operation. The repellent effect does not require poisons or chemicals.
Power supply and autonomy
The device requires 2 1.5V alkaline AA batteries, not included , for a total voltage of 3V. The indicative battery life is approximately 12 months with good quality alkaline batteries and may vary depending on the batteries used and the conditions of use.
Coverage and positioning
Indicative coverage is approximately 55 m² , with a declared acoustic range of more than 6 m. Ultrasonic diffusion and effectiveness depend on the layout of the room, obstacles, and animal behavior. The coverage value does not guarantee repulsion.
For outdoor use, protect the device from inclement weather. The signal can also be perceived by pets: consider positioning it relative to areas they frequent.
