PC interface for LPT parallel port able to electronically control the ignition of 4 electrical loads powered from 6V to 24V DC with a maximum current of 2A.

The interface is extremely compact and on one side has the LTP SUB D25 male connector that can be inserted into the LPT connector of your PC, while the power and control connections of the module are made on the opposite side where there is a female SUB D25 connector with the connections as shown in the diagram (figure).

The module guarantees the safety of the PC thanks to the completely optoisolated control, allowing the control of its electrical loads from a PC in a flexible and safe way.

As output loads it is possible to use any electric or electronic device operating from 6 to 24V DC with a maximum absorption of 2A, if properly connected as shown in the diagram it is possible to control up to 4 simultaneously (sharing a single power supply).

The program for DOS and Windows PC supplied allows an easy control of electrical and electronic loads both from the graphic interface, both from the program and from the planning. There is also included a program to create advanced temporal activation sequences (seconds, hours, days) also in LOOP for the automation of objects and environmental controls.

To operate it is sufficient to have a desktop PC, server or embedded system equipped with a parallel LPT port or free printer port, alternatively it is possible to use a parallel USB converter to be able to use this device even on new PCs that often do not have a parallel port .
