Miniature ultrasonic transducer speaker with rectangular cone and solder contacts

It features aluminum membrane sphere, low distortion, constant sound radiation.

This piezo tweeter with spherical cap is a high-quality tweeter and can be connected directly to an amplifier or a diplexer. This tweeter has a spherical aluminum dome and not a conical diaphragm (like classic speakers). Due to the spherical aluminum dome the sound pressure is not as high as with other similar piezo tweeters. In return the speaker has a wide radiation angle and a very good, bright sound. Due to the spherical aluminum dome with its special swivel radius and very low moving mass the frequency response is very clean up to 45,000 Hz. Therefore this tweeter is particularly suitable as an ultrasonic speaker for pest control (against rodents, martens, mice and animals etc.).
