Twilight switch that allows you to turn on and off electric lighting, or other users, based on ambient light conditions. It is essentially a light-sensitive switch and can be used not only to control lamps but also to provide an electrical signal to a home automation system or to open or close motorized shutters and covers, which for example must be opened in the presence of light and closed in the dark or viceversa. It has a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment, relay activation status LED, screw terminal blocks for power supply and relay exchange. The relay used allows switching currents of up to 10 A for both loads powered at 250 Vac and 30 Vdc; for power loads, where the required current could also be high, it is recommended to use a 12V servo relay and pass the circuit supply voltage (taken from Vcc) through the exchange (C and NO contacts) in order to power the servo relay coil when RL1 closes. The exchange of the servo relay will therefore allow the user to be powered.
