3-blade wind speed sensor with articulated arm and tacho output

Simple and effective sensor with 3-blade articulated arm capable of detecting wind speed. It contains a REED magnetic contact that sends an impulsive signal (closing the circuit between the two terminals for a fraction of a second) at each rotation of the rotor driven by the force of the wind. At a wind speed of 10 km / h this corresponds to 4 pulses per second. Degree of protection IP44.

Equipped with articulated arm for installation in any position. It has bipolar connection terminals protected by the lateral structure of the sensor.

Ideal for use with weather stations, automatic management of roller shutters, windows, curtains, home automation systems, embedded systems such as Arduino or Raspberry PI.
