Raspberry Pi 3 SBC Model B

At first glance, the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B is identical to the Pi 2 B. It is the same size and contains many of the same onboard components. So what's the difference? The new Pi 3 offers more processing power and onboard connectivity, saving you enormous time in application development. Perfect for your Internet of Things (IoT) projects.

Comparison between Pi 3 and Pi 2

More processor speeds. The CPU on the Pi 3 is one and a half times faster at 1.2 GHz. The Pi card is more powerful.

On board connectivity. The Pi 3 offers 802.11 b / g / n wireless LAN and classic Bluetooth and low power consumption (BLE). You can connect much faster without the need for an external device.

2.5 A power supply required.

With faster processor speeds and onboard connectivity, you need more and more power. Power supplies for older Pi cards may not be enough. The power supply can be purchased in our store via the link below.

New components.

Pi 3 is equipped with a chip antenna where the status LEDs have the same positions as before. The status LEDs are still on the card, next to the microSD card slot.
