Twilight switch 12V DC light barrier light detector in KIT. The circuit can be used both as a classic twilight sensor with adjustable activation threshold and as a receiver for a light barrier using a lamp or LEDs (not supplied) as a light source.
The device has as its output a relay with a clean NO contact, ideal for activating any electrical or electronic load with a maximum load of 25 V 3A (load that can be increased with the use of external relays not supplied) .
During assembly it is possible to select by welding the sensor at the point indicated whether to activate the relay (and consequently the load) during the detection of light or during the absence of light.
The activation threshold is adjustable by means of a trimmer.
Ideal as a receiver in light barriers (example below) and as a twilight switch with adjustable day or night activation.
