 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Infrared LED barrier in KIT with 12V DC transmitter and receiver and output relay. The barrier allows to detect the passage of objects or people between the virtual portal created by the transmitter and receiver with the invisible IR light beam. Operation is as follows: the transmitter generates a long distance infrared ray (max 18m) with power adjustable by means of a trimmer which is received by the unit installed in the opposite part of the passage.

Equipped with a visible light filter that avoids false detections or sensitivity reductions in all light conditions.

The output of the receiver is on a relay with NO contact which remains open for the entire time of the IR beam detection and is closed during the passage of things or people covering the IR beam, with maximum commutable load 25V 3A.

Ideal for burglar alarm systems, gate openers, passage management, access control, automatic light switches and home automation systems.

The KIT includes both the receiving unit and the transmitting unit.
