The MB Analog IN Device is an electronic device that allows you to control an analog voltage from 0 to 5V generated by external analog devices such as sensors of various kinds or manual controls via a PC or Embedded system. A 10-bit ADC (analog - digital) converter is used for voltage measurement, which divides the voltage range 0 - 5V into 1024 values that can be detected by the device through a numerical value represented by the voltage from 0 to 1023.
The device is composed of a logic having a connector that other than the analog input signal provides a voltage of 5V (MAX 500mA) and a ground (GND) to be able to connect amplification or signal conditioning equipment directly on the
device for connecting the chosen analog device.
The analog converter input is protected against overvoltages, reverse voltages and has an anti-interference filter to always guarantee perfect measurement of the quantity being measured.
The conversion occurs instantly at the request of the control device. It is also possible to carry out a conversion on several sensors with a single broadcast command with the correctness control of the conversion.
The device is designed to be installed in an RS485 network allowing the installation of the device together with other 30 devices of the same MB family, being able to create a powerful home or industrial automation system.
