The WIFI484 is a network I/O control module designed for automation, home automation, and industrial applications. It integrates 4 relay outputs with high-current, volt-free contacts , 8 configurable digital lines , and 4 analog inputs for acquiring measurement signals.
The 4 relay outputs are of the SPCO (changeover) type: for each relay, the NO (normally open), NC (normally closed) and COM (common) contacts are available on the terminal block. This makes it suitable for controlling loads and consents in a flexible manner.
Digital I/O lines allow integration with sensors, contacts, signals and custom logic; analog inputs support 0–3.3V signals (10-bit resolution) for compatible voltage/transducer readings.
The module is powered by 12V DC (recommended power supply at least 500 mA ) via a 2.1 mm jack with central positive pole .
There are status LEDs for immediate diagnostics: one LED for each relay and three LEDs for the board status ( power , WiFi connected , USB connected ).
Network configuration is done via a USB connection and configuration software. Once connected to the network, control can be performed via a web interface or via TCP/IP commands (default port 17494 , changeable). Access credentials and a dedicated password can also be set for TCP/IP commands. A latched output option is available to restore the device's status after a power outage.
Digital inputs can be mapped to control outputs on compatible Ethernet/WiFi relay cards, enabling distributed automation: an input at one point on the network can control an output on another device, even remotely, if connected to the network/internet (with appropriate configuration).
You can send emails when a digital input's state changes, with different messages for active/inactive transitions. The feature supports simplified sending modes with a maximum limit on hourly sendings.
Designed for use even in critical contexts, it operates over a wide temperature range and features factory reset procedures via a dedicated jumper.
